Mercedes Benz Fashion Week started last week but the main shows happened yesterday, today and will continue as the week progresses. Using the website Style.com I linked to several designer shows that I like and noticed some tangents among them and style directions where we might be headed after the long, upcoming winter.Today's shows included Carolina Herrera (always a favorite for me) and another favorite, Donna Karan. Yesterday Diane von Furstenberg and Derek Lam previewed their collections. I'll go back to some of these designers as the week goes on but today I'll focus on the 'little white dress', perhaps the warm weather equivalent of the 'little black dress'.
